INTUITIVE DANCE​​​​​​​​​​​
Dance will accompany you in each of your days. There will be dance sessions on the beach (silent disco) in the early morning or at sunset to find more freedom in your dance; a 2-hour intuitive dance session indoors to go deep within yourself. Intuitive dance will allow you to connect to your inner world and express it in order to draw inspiration during your photoshoot. To continue exploring your world, two thematic workshops will take place in the afternoons.
PHOTOGRAPHIE​​
Photography captures and sees what we cannot perceive of ourselves. I am very happy that Marie is joining me on this retreat as a photographer. Each shooting will be personalized and prepared in advance (moodboard, music, location) so that you can feel fully comfortable expressing your freedom and authenticity in front of the lens. We are constantly changing, we evolve through all our life experiences, we mutate new versions of ourselves. As a testimony of the passing of time, photography here aims to celebrate the woman you are, whole and sublime.
OUR GUEST HOUSE
Casaviel is the family home par excellence. Our hosts, Diane and Lucas, have put a lot of love into this old farmhouse. Located in Biarritz on the edge of the forest and the ocean, it offers a relaxing environment. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk away and the center of Biarritz is a 30-minute walk away. The house rents surfboards, for fans!
LES REPAS​​​​​

Stéphanie, notre cheffe privée (ganafoodtruck) s'occupera de nous avec sa cuisine du monde 100% végétale. Après chaque pratique matinale, nous nous retrouverons pour un brunch sucré-salé. L'après-midi sera rythmé par une douceur sucrée et nous clôturons chaque journée par un dîner ensemble. Chaque matin, une collation sera proposée avant de bouger.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Arrival from 4pm on Wednesday, October 8th. The retreat will begin at 5pm with an opening circle.
Departure from 11:30 a.m. That day, we end the stay with a last brunch and a circle.
THE ROOMS
The rooms have been recently renovated and are carefully decorated. They are all equipped with a bathroom. You can choose between a shared room for four (single beds), a shared double room (single beds) or a single room (double bed).

Single room (private bathroom): 1300 €
Shared double room (private bathroom): 1100 €
Shared room for 4 (private bathroom) : 950 €
Payment in two instalments possible.
A 400€ deposit is required to secure your place.
50€ discount for anyone who has already taken part in a retreat or training with me.

OUR PHOTOGRAPHER
Hey, I’m Marie - a photographer and producer. I’ve started with photography as a child and was always inspired by people and their stories. Over the years, I realised that photography isn’t just about capturing moments - it can be a tool for healing, reflection, and processing emotions.
Sometimes, we don’t need to put words on our feelings to express what we feel; we can visualize them to see our true soul..
In 2022, Dara and I hosted our first photography and dance retreat in Biarritz, and the emotions were so touching, even without a single word.
I can’t wait to meet you and see how photography can help you in your own process of letting go.

Do I need to have a required level in dance?
No, intuitive dance does not seek any performance or technical prowess. This stay is open to women of all ages.​

How to get to Casaviel?
From Biarritz train station (5 minutes by car, or 10 minutes by bus)
From Biarritz airport (10 minutes by car)
Possibility of carpooling between participants
How big is the group?
We will have a maximum of 10 participants. We will therefore be a small group, so that all the photoshoots can be done in good conditions and we can take care of each participant. <3
Is the retreat in English or French?
