1. DEVELOPING BODY AWARENESS

Reconnect with your envelope, your body. Become aware of each part through touch and slow, refined exploration, in order to be in pure presence and deep listening to your body.

2. EXPLORING YOUR INNERNESS WITH TRUST

It begins by embracing your emotions and thoughts, allowing them to pass through you, experiencing them fully without rejecting them. Dance allows you to release them through movement.

3. CONNECTING YOUR BODY TO SELF-LOVE

The body is capable of dancing freely. However, it is often the mind that blocks us. Diluting the fear of judgment and observing your inner critic bring more lightness, play, and pleasure into your movements.

4. EMBODYING YOUR INTUITION

Consciousness, ease, and bodily exploration together allow for a deeply internal experience. The pinnacle occurs when the body, mind, and heart are in harmony within the same dance, allowing intuition to guide your movements.
