DANCE & RITUALS

Dance & Laotian rituals Retreat
10-16 November 2025
Luang Prabang, Laos
I am more than happy to announce my dream retreat in the country of my origins. This stay invites you to live a unique experience thanks to intuitive dance and the many Laotian rituals. Immersed in this culture full of art and wisdom will guide you on a journey within yourself. Who would like to let themselves be carried away by life and extend the summer in Laos?

INTUITIVE DANCE
Intuitive dance will guide your days by welcoming the sun with a morning practice. 2-hour sessions will allow you to immerse yourself in a long meditation in movement. Intuitive dance allows you to dive into your personal history by connecting the body, heart and mind. My way of teaching invites you to pay particular attention to the movements anchored in us (our repetitive patterns) without judging them. My intention is to explore its range of movement to give its bodily expression an infinite richness. Laotian dance also inspired us in this journey to the heart of oneself.

LAO RITUALS
Laotian rituals are full of magic and contemplation. They open a door to spirituality. Among them, prayer, traditional songs and the Soukhouan ceremony called "the recall of souls". Since I was little, I have been rocked by these rituals, amazed by their beauty and the sacred dimension that is created there. During this retreat, we will have the chance to share them together. In a respect for traditions, it is important for me to make people discover my country through ethical tourism, by choosing partners who preserve the culture. Also, we will visit the temples of Luang Prabang, an ancient imperial city classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site - where the rituals take on meaning.
OUR JUNGLE RESORT
The Namkhan is a unique place that combines luxury and wilderness. Featuring several treehouses and apartments, the resort impresses with its farm to table restaurant, organic farm, spa, swimming pool and (what makes me happiest) its sublime wooden studio surrounded by nature - wouldn't this be the idyllic setting for a dream retreat?

MEALS
Ready to discover Laotian cuisine? Colorful, fresh and rich in flavors, we will have the opportunity to discover Laotian cuisine as a whole (vegetarian option at each meal). The resort offers organic cuisine thanks to their vegetable garden located next to the restaurant. Our breakfasts and lunches will be taken every day at the restaurant. We will have the chance to learn a Laotian specialty during a cooking class. In the evening, we will go to dinner in Luang Prabang or at the resort.
