General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente (ci-après « CGV ») ont pour objet de définir les droits et obligations des parties dans le cadre de la vente de prestations de formations et de retraites proposées par Intuitiv Dancing, représentée par [Dara Phi]. Intuitiv Dancing conçoit, organise et anime des retraites et formations autour de la danse intuitive.


La gestion administrative, juridique et financière (notamment la facturation et les paiements) est assurée par le partenaire Mood Goyave, structure spécialisée dans l’accompagnement administratif des séjours bien-être.


Ainsi, toute inscription à un séjour ou une formation implique l’acceptation sans réserve des présentes conditions ainsi que des conditions générales de Mood Goyave, disponibles au moment de la réservation.​ Intuitiv Dancing agit en tant qu’organisatrice et formatrice, tandis que Mood Goyave assure le rôle d’intermédiaire administratif et légal.

ARTICLE 1: PAYMENT

Payments are made in two installments via bank transfer (the first installment, the deposit, is paid by the client to reserve their spot).

The final payment is due 8 weeks before the retreat.

ARTICLE 2: REFUND / CANCELLATION

Any client wishing to cancel their booking before the start of the retreat must submit a written cancellation request to the seller. In case of cancellation by you more than 8 weeks before the scheduled retreat date, the deposit will be fully refunded.

If the cancellation occurs within 8 weeks of the scheduled retreat, the deposit will not be refunded (though it may be transferred to another retreat or stay). However, if you notify the organizer more than 8 weeks in advance, the deposit will be refunded in full.

In the event of cancellation by the seller due to insufficient registrations, the client will be refunded the full deposit or any payments made.

In case of cancellation due to COVID-19 or other force majeure circumstances as defined in Article 5 below, the seller will refund the client all sums paid at the time of the booking, excluding any other fees and without any entitlement to compensation. Any costs incurred by the client prior to the seller's cancellation, such as visa fees, transport, pre- and post-travel costs (air, train, maritime tickets, etc.), vaccination fees, etc., will not be reimbursed or compensated.

ARTICLE 3 : CONDITIONS D'INSCRIPTION

  • Transfert de votre inscription à un tiers : dans le cadre où vous ne pouvez pas assister à la retraite mais connaissez quelqu’un qui peut prendre votre place, vous pouvez transférer le montant total de vos frais payés au tiers sans pénalité, à condition que nous soyons informés rapidement de cette transaction et que le tiers est rempli son formulaire d’inscription.

ARTICLE 3: REGISTRATION CONDITIONS

  • Complete the online registration form

  • Make the deposit payment to secure your place

  • Transfer of your registration to a third party: If you are unable to attend the retreat but know someone who can take your place, you may transfer the total amount of the fees paid to the third party without penalty, provided that we are promptly informed of this transfer and the third party has completed their registration form.

ARTICLE 4: PRICE

Unless otherwise specified in the description on the website, the price displayed for each service is a flat rate and never includes:

  • Transport

  • Tourist taxes, stay taxes, visa fees

  • Extras, taxis, tips, porterage

  • Insurance or repatriation assistance

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of training programs and retreats offered by Intuitiv Dancing, represented by [Dara Phi]. Intuitiv Dancing designs, organises, and facilitates retreats and training programs centered around intuitive dance.

Administrative, legal, and financial management (including invoicing and payments) is handled by the partner Mood Goyave, a structure specialised in providing administrative support for wellness retreats.

Thus, any registration for a retreat or training implies full acceptance of these terms as well as the general terms and conditions of Mood Goyave, available at the time of booking. Intuitiv Dancing acts as the organiser and facilitator, while Mood Goyave serves as the administrative and legal intermediary.

1. PAYMENT

Full payment must be made by credit card or bank transfer, with no additional fees.

The Client may also choose to pay in four (4) instalments by credit card via the payment solution provided by Alma. In this case, the total amount of the order is split into four instalments, automatically charged according to the schedule communicated upon payment validation. This payment method incurs a fee of 2.58% of the order total, which remains the responsibility of the Client.

Payment in instalments is subject to prior approval by Alma. If Alma refuses the payment plan, the Client must proceed with full payment using any other payment method offered by the Seller.

2. REFUND / CANCELLATION

The client may cancel the contract at any time before the retreat. The reason for cancellation must be communicated to Mood Goyave. It is recommended that the client notify the cancellation in writing. If the client cancels the travel/accommodation contract or does not attend the retreat, Mood Goyave may require compensation for administrative procedures and incurred costs.

The retreat in France is confirmed:

  • More than 90 days before departure: 30% + administrative fees*

  • Between 90 and 60 days before departure: 50% + administrative fees*

  • Less than 60 days before departure or no-show: 100% + administrative fees*

If the retreat is not yet confirmed: 0% + administrative fees* waived

*Administrative fees are a fixed amount of €25 incl. VAT.

In the event of cancellation by the seller due to insufficient registrations: the client will be fully refunded for any deposit(s) or payment(s) made.

In the event of cancellation of the service related to COVID-19 and outside cases of force majeure as defined in Article 5 below, the seller will refund all amounts paid by the client at the time of booking, excluding any other compensation. All expenses incurred by the client prior to cancellation (such as visa fees, transport costs, pre- or post-travel arrangements such as airline, rail or ferry tickets, vaccinations, etc.) cannot be refunded or compensated.

 

3. REGISTRATION CONDITIONS

  • Complete the online registration form

  • Pay a deposit to secure your place via Mood Goyave’s Stripe link

  • Transfer of registration to a third party: if you are unable to attend the retreat but know someone who can take your place, you may transfer the full amount paid to that person without penalty, provided we are informed promptly and the replacement participant has completed the registration form

4. PRICING

Unless otherwise stated in the description on the website, the price displayed for each service is a fixed package price and does not include:

  • transport

  • tourist taxes, city taxes, visa fees

  • extras, taxis, tips, porter fees

  • insurance or repatriation assistance

 

5. REPLACEMENT OF THE FACILITATOR

If the main facilitator of Intuitiv Dancing is unable to lead the planned training or retreat (for example due to illness or major unforeseen circumstances), a qualified and competent substitute will be appointed to ensure the continuation of the program.

No refund may be requested by participants in this case, as long as the retreat or training is maintained with a replacement facilitator.

6. LIABILITY AND SAFETY

Participants take part in retreats, workshops, and training sessions under their own responsibility.

Each participant remains fully responsible for their physical, mental, and emotional health throughout the retreat.

Intuitiv Dancing and its facilitators cannot be held responsible for any bodily injury, accident, loss, theft, or damage occurring during the program.

Participants are encouraged to inform the facilitator of any health conditions or limitations and to practice within their personal boundaries.

By taking part in an Intuitiv Dancing activity, each participant acknowledges acting in full awareness and within their own capabilities.

7. INSURANCE

To protect yourself in case of unforeseen events, we strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance covering both cancellation and assistance. Before subscribing, please check the coverage already included in your credit card or existing insurance policies.

If you are not already covered, we recommend our partner Chapka Assurances.

Why and when to take out travel insurance?

For each retreat, it is important to have insurance to protect yourself and ensure possible reimbursement in case of cancellation (depending on your policy conditions).

Types of insurance:

  • Cancellation insurance: covers you before departure if you cannot attend for specific reasons (illness, serious issue, etc.).
    ⚠️ Must be purchased within 48 hours after booking. After this delay, it is no longer available. Highly recommended for international retreats.

  • Travel assistance insurance: covers you during the trip (repatriation, medical expenses, etc.). Can be purchased up to the day before departure. Mandatory for international travel.

  • Comprehensive insurance: combines cancellation + assistance and is the most complete and recommended option for retreats abroad.
